My very first Fall season is here, and with it, the beautiful range of colors all around me. As it turns out, it’s also a really good time to pick sweet fruit from trees.

We visited Wightman’s Farm to harvest some sweet apples, enjoy the fall colors, and munch on delicious cider doughnuts!

Though I can’t even eat the delicious fruits of my family’s labour, it looks like a fun experience. We walked away with a nice haul of apples: red delicious, golden delicious, and cameos.

It’s fair to say my cousins, Kareena and Eshwar, had a blast too! They got their hands dirty with their fair share of the work locating and picking apples.

Though we missed the hay ride this year, next year I will be old enough to enjoy it. Hopefully the line for the hay ride will be bearable too!

I’m glad it wasn’t too chilly out there for my first visit to the farm. It was an experience I won’t remember, but definitely enjoyed!
